So this fisherman caught the little mermaid and thought she looked hot so he tied her to the front of his boat. Eventually she became part of the boat (ie- turned to wood like the rest of the ship) and that's how decorative mermaids came to be.

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. To help support the Literature community we hold regular contests. It is an opportunity for you to get involved and gain some exposure.
